Questions:
 
RENTING WHOLE ISLANDS (FULL PRIM SIMS / HOMESTEAD SIMS)
 
 1. Do we get full land rights ? Can we deed to our group ? Can we subdivide? Can 
we put our own media links ?
 - Yes you get full land rights. You can deed to your own group. You can 
subdivide land. Yes, since you getting full land rights all of these kind of 
land options like ban list, media links, etc... are under your control.
 
 2. Do we get estate manager rights?
 - Yes you get estate manager rights.
 3. 
What is estate manager rights ?- Estate manager gives full control over sim. With 2 limitations. You cannot add 
yourself other estate managers. And cannot upload raw files. These options are 
unfortunately not implemented on the sims capabilities (technical).
 
 4. Can we buy a RAW terrain file, for you (HighLife 
Rentals) to upload for us.
 - Yes, No problem, IM us with the request, we will provide an email to email it 
to.
 
 5. Can we change ground texture?
 - Yes you can change ground textures which is done via the estate manager menu.
 
 6. What is the difference between a HomeStead and Regular 
Full Prim Sim ?
 - Sizes of the Islands in terms of sqm are the same.
 - FP Sims have 15000prims, HomeSteads only 3750.
 - FP Sims have 100avators max, Homesteads only 20.
 - FP Sims can be used as you like when renting a whole sim, no limit on 
scripting. HomSteads have limits put by lindenlabs on scripting.
 - According to Lindenlab rules, a HomeStead can only be used for residential or 
low commercial! No Such rule on FP Sims.
 - FP Sims run 1 per CPU, HomeSteads 4 per CPU. (HomeSteads are considerable 
weaker and more laggy then FP Sims).
 
 7. Can You Rent us Half HomeStead or Quart ?
 - Sorry, we cannot, we only rent out whole homesteads. HomeSteads being weaker, 
with severe limits put on by lindelabs, dividing these and renting them out 
would mean that we would need to put additional rules and limits and to police 
it 24/7. We do not like to put unreasonable limits. And dividing HomeSteads 
would force us to do so. So we opt out, we do not divide HomeSteads to rent them 
out in parts.
 RENTING PARCELED LANDS
 
 1. Can we deed our land to our group? Do we get full land rights including 
access to ban list, media tab etc ?
 - Yes you can deed to your own group, as well you will get access to all 
land rights.
 
 2. Are there Special rules to abide by?
 - Yes, on shared/parceled sims we have rules listed in the covenant. You 
can read the covenant by going to World - Region/Estate - Covenant tab. Please 
read it carefully, we expect everyone to abide by those rules and to have read 
and understood them.
 
 3. Do we get estate manager rights ?
 - Sorry no, these are only given when renting whole sims. Giving these rights to 
parceled shared sims would be very irresponsible, as any neighbor could return 
everything of the other, reclaim land, make a big mess. Estate manager rights 
give full control over the WHOLE  sim !
 
 4. Can you change the ground texture of our parcel only?
 - Sorry, not possible, ground textures are set like sand, green etc.. other 
renters/neighbors are counting on that, changing your ground texture effects the 
whole sim. The only way we could do this, if you get consent of all the 
neighbors, and have them im me CarlosJ Xeno to agree with proposal to change 
ground texture.
 
 5. I accidentally clicked on abandoned land, I have no 
rights anymore on the land, what can I do ?
 - IM CarlosJ Xeno with this issue, he will correct it for you.  Same 
goes if you need to change group of deeded land.
 
 6. Ban lines are strictly forbidden in covenant, but 
can we use a land protector script that tp's unwanted or uninvited guests away 
after a warning ?
 - yes you can, just make sure the script is strictly limited to your own land, 
as well a min 10 sec warning, so they have enough time to resume there journey 
to there destination.
 GENERAL QUESTIONS
 1. 
I will be a few days late, what can I do ?- IM CarlosJ Xeno, explain him your situation beforehand, he will work something 
out for you : )
 
 2. How often do you restart a sim?
 - We restart Sims on requests of tenants otherwise we mostly leave it to the 
lindenlabs cycle. In cases we notice some issues, we do a restart from our own 
initiative.
 
 3. Can I get a refund ?
 - No Sorry we do not give refunds. All payments and obligations are final.
